What DUI Professionals Say About Kapsack & Bair

One of the finest compliments anyone can receive is from their adversaries. In the field of DUI Defense, prosecutors have referred to Mr. Kapsack and/or Mr. Bair as "the best in the business" against whom they can barely compete. This respect and knowledge is extremely necessary since, as one Superior Court Judge has put it, The decision on a motion often depends on the quality of the attorney who presents it, rather than on the actual law involved. The Judge went on to say, in ruling in favor of Kapsack & Bair's client, THE MOTION AND MEMORANDUM WAS THE BEST HE HAD READ ON THE ISSUE AND HE HAD READ HUNDREDS OF BRIEFS DISCUSSING IT BEFORE.
